General Terms of Service
1. Initial sketch and progress of commission will be shared with a transparent watermark overlay to prevent stealing. The final product will still have a watermark somewhere, just more or less hidden from view.2. Transaction is handled with payment upon reaching client's desired result with the piece. In return, I will send the finalized product after receiving the agreed amount.3. I can only accept payment through PayPal invoices or Ko-fi.4. Commissions can be cancelled and refunded as long as it is still in the early stages. This applies to both the client and I, should I happen to find any difficulties with continuing to work on your piece.5. I will accept a limitation of 5 significant alterations or updates to a commission, charges will begin to apply upon any further additions. This does not apply to fixes or any minor adjustments.6. References are highly recommended-especially visual references! Whether they're a full reference sheet of your character or just bits and pieces of assorted photos associated with the concept you're going for….they're beneficial!7. Please DO NOT claim ownership of the art or models that I create. I only ask that you remember to credit me for my work!

3D Model TOS
1. Models are allowed to be imported into video game platforms (ex. VRChat, BeatSaber, Craftopia, etc.) and used for streaming purposes — just remember to provide credit!2. You are welcome to make any edits to the model, whether it's by you or through another 3D modeler as long as you DO NOT claim it as your own.3. The models I create are more catered towards VRChat's base format, so I would recommend seeking others more familiarized with setting up more complicated features such as face-tracking. Although set-up for VRM is also plausible.4. I will not make direct uploads of models into accounts. I will only provide the necessary files for the model after payment.5. I no longer accept commissions for base edits. I will only make models from scratch.3D Modeling Disclaimer: I cannot fully replicate complicated designs — they will mainly be made in my style. Please understand this when going forward with commissioning my works.

VRChat Set-Up
A unity package containing the completed model will be prepared for easy upload to VRChat with standard AV3 and physbone setup. (Additional features such as including specific toggles or animations may be discussed)
Vtuber Set-Up
Model will be exported and can be set up for vtubing programs such as Warudo, Vseeface, Vnyan, etc.(Disclaimer: Be aware that I am unable to set up facial tracking on models, as it is not within my current capabilities.)
